My defense attorney is on retainer…

1 John 2:1 spoke to me recently. Here’s what it says:

“My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have one who speaks to the Father in our defense—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.”

I do my best to honor God with my life.

Truly, I do.

I am completely imperfect at it.  Thank God for this verse.  Jesus defends my imperfections with his perfection. Wow!
